hi!how many hours do you ussually take sleep in a day?..I am a person who just love and love to sleep.in fact, when Im pressured and struggling with something, I just sleep...

Well my dear friend,why you sleep so much?If you sleepso much than when you have your fun time.Life is very short so get up and have fun.Who knows what will happen tomorrow?

I don't know. Maybe its because I'm totally at peace when I am asleep...so, better sleep when pressured or got problem!LOL!

As it was said to me every person needs different ammount of sleep i love my sleep and if i could would stay in bed 15 hours but with a busy life im geting only 5 hours sometimes 7

hi yummydudes, I used to sleep about 5 hours in night time and i'll take 1/2 hours extra for the day time.

I like to sleep. i can give up anything to sleep. And i like sleep in the morning. people said, early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. but, who cares. I think the best time to sleep is in the morning. minimum 8 to 10 hours i usually sleep.

I love sleep as well and wish I was getting more right now. I had a rough night last night with my sinuses being a lil stuffed up and only got about 5 hours. I think my company needs to adopt the concept of the siesta to further productivity ;)

Sleep is very important for me, but it always depends - sometimes I feel very good and fresh after 5-6 hours of sleep, but other time I fell exausted and poor even after 11 hours of sleep. So it depends much on the surounding at night, temperature in the room, how was the day before, what is expected to come on the next day etc. But good and deep sleep make me always feel much, much better, positive and joyful. Sleep Well!
