Trading referrals - Is anyone interested?

I am looking for a like minded community - a goup of 80-100 ppl, who are interested in trading referrals.
At times we need people to sign up in different programs for various reasons, so it would be good if we can form a group, and be in contact with each other, so that we can help each other.

but i want to trade active member for active member
if someone sing up under my program and i will sing up under his program and we both will be active that will be cool :D
