my banner isnt moving..is it okay?

i see banners here on the web and they move..is it ok if mine doesnt?

yeah ryt! is just ok for your banner not being animated. As you try to read and go through acceptable formats JPG, PNG and TIF are all non-moving pictures.

if ur talkin about flash, banners dont have to be animated, just have to be creative. animated banners are just one way of doing it.

Are you talking about the banner contest? It says in the rules that they don't have to be animated.
