I love lasagna. If I go to Safeway, I like the all meat lasagna, but I have made lasagna a few times. I do not like it overpowered by too much sauce. It makes it kind of sloppy. I had some like that in a restaurant once and it was not that good. I also prefer the cheese on top to be a little crispy. I can do without macaroni and cheese. It's too fattening, while with lasagna, you can portion out the slices.

oic.. that's good. =) i haven't gone to Italy i want to try their pasta =) but i want my pasta with a little bit of sugar. Because some pasta have this sour taste i really don't like that. I would put a little bit of sugar just to have a little bit of sweetness. =)

I like them both. But I prefer lasagna although it is really hard to cook. Like you, I also like it with more cheese and meat sauce.

I'm been thinking it wouldn't be delicious for the macaroni to put lots of meat and more cheese it wouldn't suit i think. Macaroni have lots of pasta only if we put some more meat and cheese more i think i wouldn't do well?? compare to lasagna. Even though we put more cheese or meat in lasagna it will really taste good. But i'm been thinking they have same ingredient same pasta. I think the layering of lasagna help to balance the taste? =) what would you think? =)

i love lasagna and macaroni, but if i am going to cook it i will pick macaroni though lasagna is my specialty. it is very difficult to handle lasagna than macaroni. but if i will just eat any of the two is okay.

yeah i agree with you. its more easier to cook macaroni rather than lasagna. =) Cooking lasagna have lots of layering to do, preparing sauce and meat. The cheese sauce on the top. And especially the rectangle shape of the noodles =) i don't know the right name for that. But usually when i cook the noodles of the lasagna it usually broke into two pieces.. its very delicate to make lasagna . But the hard work really worth it. =)

I guess lasagna would be my favorite. I love the provolone cheese and the mozzerella cheese I use. Very tasty. I love homemade macaroni and cheese too though. I guess I would pick either/or.
