My mom is alergic to cats hair

i just bought a seal lynx point highlander cat nad its basically like a dog.he is 10 weeks old and will get up to 35 pounds.they beg,they fetch,they sit,they love water,and you can walk them on a leash.also if some one has allergies to cats these kind will not bother them they have pelted fur like a tiger and dont shed.the owner that i got mine from her and her husband are allergic to cats but these cats they breed dont bother them at all.they are the most beautiful cats i have ever seen.and they are huge.

Mom is allergic to the dander, not the hair. She can try some over the counter allergy pills. Ask the pharmisist for the best ones, as she may be on medications, and she cannot mix them. Otherwise sugar, you will have to wait until you have your own place to have a kitty to love.

Maybe find out if she is allergic to all cays, I have Persians and Himalayans. My brother in law is also allergic to cat hair but he was not allergic to the Persians . We found this out because they wanted one of our cats so we did a little test . I have ask the vet about this and she told me different breeds have different dander which is what a person is acyually allergic to,my sister how ever is allergic to all my cats.

Allegra and Singular are two of the great medications now for allergies. There are definitely options she just has to look into it.
