Do you have a first aid box at home or you are one of those who believe that it is of no use?

I believe that everyone should have a first aid kit in their home and on their person at all times! So many accidents occur around the house, from minor scrape and bruises, to cuts and concussions, that it is a given that a First Aid Kit, and the knowledge to use it is an absolute neccessity! :) Expert Village for you! http://www.expertvillage.com

I agree with you, how I wish people of the world will take your suggestion. Thumbs up!

I used to have a fully stocked first aid kit at home. The trouble was that everything in it got so old and expired and had to be discarded. Now I just kep some band aids around and buy a fresh tube of polysporin if I need it for a minor skin infection. I have of course scissors and tweezers in case I need them. When I travel I put together a mini kit in a very small zipped bag. Just the very basics. I go to a health show every year and there I get samples, such as 2 bandaids sealed, two aspirins or tylenol sealed, various tiny samples of first aid products sealed in little packets just one portion. This is perfect to take on a trip. If the samples expire before use I throw them out and get new ones the next time the Health Show is on.
