What is the true meaning of life?

Often I ponder hard on this...what is the true meaning of life and what is the definition of a happy life and what is an unhappy life?Are their any common criterion? Please my friends let me know about your thinking about life.

ok man, being happy can`t be defined with words, is more as a feeling, then if you feel your heart beating and your soul shining, surely you are happy!
