Buying referrals on Ebay??

I found recently listing for referrals and banner ads on ebay. Has anyone else seen this? Has anyone actually bought any of this on ebay? One ad is for an upgrade and over a thousand refs for $250 !!

I have to say that is outragous! There are a lot better was to get referrals you just need to know how to market your link good.

Sounds like an easier way. I sure am not having much luck getting referrals.
