I prefer the mixture of it. Surprisingly it gives an unique taste where you couldn't when drinking either of them alone. I am not sure if you had tried it, but it's definitely worth trying. But I am from O-type blood group and the caffeine in the coffee is harmful to me. I am pretty aware of that and if possible I will try to avoid drinking coffee. Unfortunately, coffee alone is my favourite too! Therefore, most of time, you will see me drinking tea instead of coffee or mixture of both LoL.

Both tea and coffee have caffeine but accordingly coffee has more caffeine. I drink whatever is available. I am now 64 years old and I have drank much coffee already and thanks God, I have not suffered from bad effects of coffee as some say.

Normally I prefer coffee but sometimes I like tea as well. I like to take those english and chinese tea without adding any sugar to it. After taking oily and sweetie meal I like to have several cups of hot tea which I believe could get rid of the fattiness and the sweetness of the food lol... Black tea and green are believed could remove extra fat and cholesterol. I believe plain tea could quench the thirst better than any other drinks.

I prefer tea too. I only drink green tea. Tea is really good for your health. It's an anti-oxidant, helps maintain your cholesterol level, helps prevent blocked arteries, lowers blood pressure, helps lose weight and more. The theanine(sp?) from tea is also said to neutralize the caffeine. It's better not to add milk because I heard in the radio last year that it blocks the other healthy benefits that tea has.

I like Tea (especially Russian tea) but I absolutely love coffee (especially Turkish coffee.) My fiance makes better Turkish coffee than the people at the local Turkish restaurants!!!! It's so good with baklava!!!

I like both coffee and tea, but not at the same time. Tea does contain caffeine, but if you have a slow metabolism, you do need it to be sped up a bit. But if you are the skinny type, then stay away from coffee or tea or else you will be reduced to a mere shadow of yourself. You will be able to hide behind a broomstick and no one will be able to find you. My tea preference is green tea, I do not care for black tea because it is too strong. It is not for the health reason, although it is supposed to be good, but it tastes nicer than black tea, and I need lots of caffeine.

I love coffee! I drink it all year round. There is nothing better than a hot cup of coffee or tea to regulate your temperature in the summer. I find drinking hot in the summer keeps me from sweating in the heat. Turkish coffee is my favorite, it is supposed to be drank in demitasse cups but I drink it out of larger tea cups! I do drink tea in the winter, but only if I am sick. I drink coffee often, but always need cream and sugar in it, because I hate it black. I like tea, and I am so into trying different teas right now. The caffeine in black tea seems to work better on me than in coffee, so tea can be a good pick-me-up too. I usually drink my tea with sugar or honey, depending on the tea. I don't like lemon in tea though. I think lemon overpowers it too much.

I like both coffee and tea, but I have a real coffee addiction. I love the way it smells while it is brewing and the bitter taste. Tea contains caffeine and only slightly less than coffee. Green tea has many health benefits, black tea doesn't convey as many health benefits. Coffee, on the other hand has been shown to reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, colon cancer, liver cancer and even cavities. Coffee gets a bad rap, but it's really quite good for you.

that's interest :) My boss asked me today what does he drink, coffe or tea? Because now he's little ill and he don't know what's better for him. He has high blood-pressure at these days. My colleague tells him: drink tea, because coffe is pump up the pressure. But I said don't drink either because tea contains coffein too. Specially I like coffee more, with lots of milk called: latte. I don't know I like tea with sugar and lemon juice and i'm a little bit lazy to make tea. Coffe is more simple and i really need coffein lot of times.
