Brocolli or spinach, which is the green for you?

I love both! Have you tried using broccoli instead of pasta? It tastes great with pasta sauce.

I love them both as well, but I tend to cook spinach more often. It just seems to go with more meals than broccoli does.

I love brocolli. I'm not a big fan of spinach though. I do like it in dips and sometimes on pizza. But I won't just eat plain spinach. And I can't stand the smell of it. Yuck!

I don't like broccoli. I prefer spinach. I ate a pasta with spinach some years ago and I just loved it. Since then I have been trying to make the same pasta but I am not a good cook.

Well i love both spinach and brocolli.Ireally like the test too,and also we used to mix it in soap like chicken soap.I have spinch tree on my garden.

I prefer broccoli, I like eating it with ranch dip. My mom likes putting it cheese sauce and eating it with potatoes.

I love both broccoli and spinach but Most of the time , I cook broccoli as my two kids prefer it. I normally stir fry these two vegetables with garlic and some oyster sauce.

I prefer spinach over broccoli if eating them by their self. As far as using to cook with other ingredients I would say that broccoli would win. I made a combination of collard greens with polk salad and other ingredients that added flavor, and it went so fast. It was so tasty that one person that said they didn't like either eat it and went back for seconds. I just wish I knew how to make that again. It was hands down the over all winner.

Hi there. I will choose "Spinach" any day, cooked or raw in a salad... Although I do love both these greens...

Sad to say, I never got used to eating spinach so the obvious choice for me on this one is broccoli. I love broccoli by itself (steamed with lots of garlic) or with meat. My sister hates it and said it tastes like linoleum. Don't ask me how she arrived at such a comparison!

This is a hard one, because I love both spinich and broccoli, and we eat a lot of both in our house.

Ha ha I'm eating spinach right now. Growing up I hated spinach even as an adult I didn't eat it until about two years ago now I eat it quite often. I like it but I think it tastes like dirt. I mainly eat the frozen kind only have fresh spinach in a salad so I don't get a distinctive taste from that. I love the spinach dip at Cheesecake Factory. Back to the original question hands down I prefer broccoli over spinach. I love broccoli. I don't cook it like I should I prefer my broccoli over cooked so it's really soft with lots of salt and butter. I know no nutrients left but it taste so good that way.

I prefer them both,I love to cook vegetable in different ways, I can make my own recipe by using spinach and broccoli.

I like them both too,but i really love broccoli the most.Raw or cooked.I hated this when i was young though.
