how do you spend your weekend?

Hi, i think each one of us have our own schedules set up, and things lined up for the weekends, as thats the time each one of those who are working, gets a little breather from the hectic schedule of the week days. For me, it is just like another day, with lots of work lined up for the weekend too, as its on those days that i am off from work and i have to go through a thorough cleaning up of my house, doing up the laundry, doing up the cupboards, taking care of the kids wardrobes, etc, all that i normally leave on weekdays for the weekends. Except for maybe getting up early, there seems nothing different for me, at least the morning half part of the day goes in working, just that i am working not in my office,but at home. Evenings are all left for me entirely and i make sure i have some time, just to myself, though its tough, as the kids and my spouse have something lined up for the evening, and we may go out for a meal and meeting a few people. All rhis , as we dont get normally break our routine and do anything different during the weekdays, as the schedule for the next day would get upset, so its always done and kept aside for the wekends. But when we are on a holiday, those days are exceptions adn we just go all ot and do all that wed waited and wished that we had time to do, that includes painting, or playing with my kids, teaching them things, cooking up something really exotic and special etc, and at times i do wish, i had more time in hand so that i could make each day more special for my family.

Hi rubygrace! During weekends, I visit mt father and my grandmother and I do this regularly except when I get really sick. Then, spend time with my brother's children and I take them to the mall to have some fun in the arcade. My nieces and nephew just love playing their favorite games in there. And then spend quality time with hubby at home or sometimes we dine out. Take care and have a nice day!

I usually spend my weekends catching up on all the things I couldn't get to during the week. I work all week long and have so much to do on the week end that sometimes I feel like I haven't had a break at the end on my week end.

Weekend is my favorite, its my family and at the same time time for me to rest from a very tiry work. Well im spending my weekend with my family, malling or watching movies. Sometimes I cook if we are in our house but most often my family go out during weekend. Go to the supermarket also with my husband and son.
