Lately i just get really exhausted. Summer is great but i'm really tired. It's good that my kids gonna be back to school very soon. Like people said having kid/s change everything, including your sleep pattern. LOL...and then I try to remember when exactly the last time I really have a good night sleep and wake up without the mother duty. I think the last time i had that like a year ago, when my mother come visit me. my children instead bugging me in the morning they really into their nana. So how about all of you here.

wow! you know what, for the past 3 years since i started working in a call center and having different shift...sleep is already a luxury for me! maybe i can say, the only time i had a really good sleep is before im working. Although we have rest days, but due to the way my daily routine goes, im having a hard time adjusting to getting the sleep i wanted. Like these days, the longest time im can sleep is only 4 to 5 hours a day..and thats not even enough for me...Oh! I wish is can go on a longer vacation, a massage and the sleep i wanted!

well to be honest i cannot remember the last time i woke up and thought to myself 'wow, i had a really great nights sleep last night!'...i always wake up exhausted and sore (i have major knee issues)i also dont get a deep sleep, i do take sleeping pills, but they dont help that much either...my kids are older so it doesnt matter, but between getting them up for school & hubby and myself ready for work..our only sleep in day is saturday as we attend church on sunday!

hey I am still longing for that. Wish it comes very soon. I have a daughter and she keeps me on my toes all the time. Even when she is away to school, I have some or the other work at home. I am waiting for the time when I can be myself, I have nothing to worry about...............waiting when the time willl come.

It has been so long since I had a really good night's sleep that I can't remember when or if it ever happened! Lately I wake every 2 1/2 - 3 hours to visit the bathroom. Once I get back into bed it takes me at least 5-10 minutes to get back to sleep. My age and hormone fluctuations have a lot to do with it.

Sometimes I wake up at night for bathroom visit too. Sometimes i can't even go back to sleep after that and end up flipping channel. By the time i fell asleep, it's already couple hour away before my kids awake and start calling "mommy, mommy"...

We spend barely one-third of our lives in sleep, but we're only beginning to answer the big questions about this mysterious state, getting an adequate amount of sleep can help prevent a whole range of health conditions that tend to age you fast, if you have a persistent sleep problem, anything that lasts two weeks or more, will put you at a greater risk for psychiatric problems such as stroke, heart attack and high blood pressure.

I don't really remember when the last time I had a good night's sleep was either. For one thing, I am most comfortable if I sleep only about four hours at a time. That is great if you can nap later in the day, but I can't do that because I work. I have to get up early for work no matter what time I go to bed. With summer, the kids stay up later and so do I, because I want time alone with my husband and to have some adult down-time to relax without the hubbub of the children. Maybe one day, when I am retired and can nap in my recliner while watching The Price is Right, then I will be able to say I feel well-rested. It's a dream of mine, at least.

I wake up every morning at a reasonable time, its just the fact that I go to bed too late. About 11pm-12am on school nights, and wake up the next morning at about 6am, sometimes 7. In the weekends I stay up til about 3am, wake up the next day at about 12pm. That has been going on for quite a few years. haha! So that is a long time since I've had a real good sleep.
