I think that it can be consider average because english is not my first language ,so problably I could express myself better if english was my native language and not spanish.

You seem to have expressed everything you wanted to say in a faultless English.I think you are more than average.

Mine is far to proficient and still on vocabulary building as the word "vocabulary" is also used figuratively for qualities or techniques distinctive to a particular style, especially an architectural style. I'm sorry for my poor vocable, my dear friend BALASRI.

hmm... well, for a non-English speaker teenager, i think my english vocabulary is.. uhmm.. good.. though i still have tons of words to learn.. hehehe i can read and understand english writings (though sometimes i really need the help of a dictionary), i can understand conversations in english (but sometimes i dont understand some parts because of the accent used by the speaker/s), and i can speak and write in english (but not as fluent as real english speakers). if i will rate it from 1-10, with 10 being the highest, i guess my rating would be 6. =]

I would consider this question not to be answered by myself coz I will be cheating if I will. i would just let people decide for whatever they think towards my vocabulary... However, I would still consider myslef not to be that mostly perfect as I don't want to... for being perfect will lead me to nothing...
