So who of you managed to get hold of one. I tried so hard. Where did you get yours from? How much did you pay for it? Would/did you pay the extortionate amount on ebay for one?

This topic has been very interested to know exactly what it is you have tried so hard to get, I'm not a plactic bag, may I ask what it is you wanted, I am visualizing a t/shirt with the wordings of "I am not a plastic bag".

Lol, sorry Lilaclady, I should have explained it for those that will not now. I'm not a plastic bag is a. echo friendly bag made of canvas with those words printed on designed by Anya Hindmarch. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/6587169.stm A lot of celebrities were sporting them and naturally the public had to have one. They were being sold in Sainsbury's stores for £5, but due to public demand were very hard to get hold of. They were at one point being sold on Ebay for up £200. Fashion, one of life greatest mysteries, I did want one though, lol x x

I have thought of getting one but that's virtually impossible here in my country. They are completely sold out even way before they were brought to the shops. It seems that people have been on the waiting list for months already. So with that, I have no choice but to give up my dream of owning the bag. The other alternative would be to buy a fake but there's no pride in carrying a fake so I would rather do without the bag if I can't have the real one. There is no way that I would pay some exorbitant price over some auction site. I think it's silly. I might as well get a branded bag for that price. :)

The price has dropped a bit on Ebay now, you can get one for about £20, not a bad profit on a £5 bag.

I think it would be alot easier to respond to this discussion if I knew exactly what it was you you were trying to get hold of. If it's a plastic bag then it must be a very special one if you have to pay an extotionate amount of money for one. I think I will need to have a look on ebay to see what kind of plastic bags there are. Have fun , hope you find what you are looking for.
