Thought I would get on for a while because I am starting to go nuts. Talked with dr. and he said to keep doing what I am doing. Which is nothing. He was no help. Said if I had to shut everything off and sit in the quite. (Wonder if the dr. is not nutty, :):))
My cats are asleep and the dog is too.
Just thought I would vent a little...
How is everyone doing? Having a better day than me I hope.
Will be going to Ga. tomorrow for a little while.
The food stamp people want to know when I will be able to go back to work. So now I have to take another paper to dr. and he has to fill it out.

Every time I turned around I have paperwork.
I could but with the income which my hubby makes ($800) and he is one of the best dr. I do not want to change. He has pinpointed to what is causeing me the pressure I am under and now it is a waiting game. We are hoping the pressure is down next week. Will let you know.

You are typing better now I can see an improvement. I hope you can go back to work. I kind of doubt it but lets hope and pray.
I am glad your dog and cat are asleep at least the dog is not barking. My little dog seems to be doing nothing but bark here lately.

I have started my self on typing lessons again. :):):)
I will know for sure today. Have to go and get a paper for the food stamp people to day and it will say if I can go back to work. But I beleive that he told me I could not work again when I seen him the last time.
He (the dog) will be six yr. old next month on my birthday. When I first got him he went everywhere that I went. Now I take him out side for his walks and we sit outside when the weather is nice and not hot.

The food stamp people wanted to know when you could go back to work?? Where did they have their heads buried?? Never mind...I already know the answer. LOL Sorry it's taken me so long to respond hon. Way behind as usual, thanks to all the crazy stuff going on in my life. Take care sweetie. Hugs!

I hope you feel well soon. It can be hard to sit still and quiet, did he suggest this as a way of relaxing? If it is to relax then try visualising yourself in a beautiful place while you are sitting quiet and try to relax all your muscles and deep breath. The best way to slow your breathing down if you are stressed is to breathe out as much as you can first and then take a breath in, then breathe out as much as possible again. Once the lungs are fully empty you can take deep breaths.

Yes maybe your doctor is a bit nutty...LOL
No problem with venting...vent all you want...we'll give a listen.
More papers to the doctor? I think one's life is filled with that darn paperwork to do.
