Hello people, I haven't gone on mylot for nearly 3-4 months now! Anyways im back for the moment. I'd like to ask a question to the people who are part of the brandinstitute.com survey panel. I myself am(or was?) part of this survey panel for a while. I am owed around 4-6$ now and i cannot log into my brand institute since they switched the brand institute usernames to emails... Anyone still waiting, am i the only one who is stuck not being able to log into his account. I am told that either my account doesn't exist or that its inactive. How to i activate it? I'd also like to know how to I use the tech support or any customer service help, it only lets members use it! Thanks
