How to make money using surveys???

I asked for surveys sites earlier but the sites I joined are providing very less no.of surveys per month; only one or two.Are those who earn money through surveys earn through only one or 2 surveys per month per site or are there good sites.please give me information if you know survey sites which send more surveys.It is taking a long time to reach payout at this rate.So what should I do?
Are their better opportunities to earn online than surveys for people in India?

I only got paid by Brand Institute so far.
Oh and... try to avoid scams, like A.W.Surveys

I haven't had much luck doing surveys either and I am in the US. I get some surveys sent right to my email, but I get part way threw them and then I am told that I don't qualify. Now I just delete them unless they state that they are high paying surveys.
