Myanmar (Burma) is ruled with Iron fist by military regime. Many of the citizen's live in fear. They worried to voice out their opinions simply because they are scared that they will be treated with violence. But the MONKS takes new step to resolve this political issue.. Myanmar where 90% are Buddhist and have around 400,000 monks. Yesterday more then 20,000 monks marches seeking freedom from this Military regime.

I can hardly believe this. It's very upsetting to think that a military could injure and possibly kill holy men. And that they can think that it's OK to do that. I heard in the news two days ago that they have now locked all the monks up in their monasteries and put barbed wire fences around the building, to keep the monks inside. Now they will deal with the civilians however they want to, and they won't treat the civilians with as much respect as the monks. God help them all. I pray for these people and for these good monks who are trying to make a difference. When a government is willing to attack holy men, I don't know what to think. Maybe the end of the world is truly coming.
