Party ideas for a 2 year old?

Hi all, My friend is having a party for her 2 year old son and she a bit stuck on ideas for games?? we have pass the parcel already and have crossed the idea of musical statues (not thinking they could stand stil enough!!) and not enough chairs for musical chairs? Help!! Thanks

The traditional pin the tail on the donkey , we also blow up ballons put pieces of paper in them that say sorry or winner and we stick them to a wall and have them pop them to see if they won a prize. you can also do a scavenger hunt with older kids/adults pairing up with the younger children .
