There is a news saying that the NBA is planning to expand to Europe. Is this a good idea or will it be chaotic?

It has to be a good thing for basketball. The more cities in the world playing the game, the more competition there will be. When there is competition, games will be more entertaining and talent from all over the world will be developed. Basketball is probably the most universal of all the "American" sports and if the NBA expands beyond the USA, so much the better. I think the NBA should even expand into Asia where most of tomorrow's cutsomer base will be.

Yes, that is true...now that will be a blast. I do hope the organizers have plans in case large crowds go to see a game. There must be a plan to minimize, if not totally eradicate, the occurance of stampedes or fistfights.

I think that would be a great idea,being from Europe i can tell you that basketball is very practiced.If NBA would expand here would be a good idea.

I think any plan that brings people of different countries together with common interests is a good idea.
