In the new semester of my collage life,I have a new head teacher. At first,I think she will treat us equally. But the truth isn't the same as I thought. If there is something, she only discuss it with monitor, and the test of the class won't know a little bit.A few days ago,our head teacher told us that we would ga climbing a mountain, she said that she talk with the monitor and the girl agreed. Then all of us have to go.Some girl didn't go finally and they told me that they think the teacher is unfair to us.What she should do was discussing it with the whole class.Because we are all a member in this class. We own the right to decide something in the class.I myself can't agree more. What do you think of it?

Head TEacher or Head Mistresses has great responsibility in running the school or college. We view her as strict, disciplined woman, we also think that she hates the students, she is arrogant. All that cannot be truthful, because has has greater responsibility than others and while discharging her responsibility, she is tensedup. To run any organisatin, there should be discipline at all levels otherwise, it is difficult to run the show. Therefore she is hasically human being, but trying to do extra work of monitoring the entire organization, takes the help of other teachers, class monitors and even directly contacting the students. There is nothing wrong if she asks the monitor for information about the students.
