How can a parent help?

Mothers and fathers can do a lot to ensure a safe landing in early adulthood for their kids.Even if a job's starting salary seems too small to satisfy an emerging adult's need for rapid content,the transition from school to work can be less of a setback if the start-up adult is ready for move.Here are some suggestions:
1,help your kids figure out who they are.
2,talk about the future on a regular basis.
3,build your kids work still.
4,place time limits on leisure activities.
5,help kids develop coping strategies.
so,as a parent,do u have anymore suggestion?

hi, i think the parent are the great people in the world .they birng us up .
the parents give the child a good character that stick,love others,help others. if the parent can make a good condition to make the kids can know about the workd and the skills to make a good life ,they are more great .i think all parent are great ,they are the people who love the kids most .
