yes,I conmunicate with my friends generally through the internet chat.I play qq,msn,and so on.my favorite is qq,because there are a lot of people in it which is the most important key word for the evaluation of a chat software.

I chat with my son quite often using skype or yahoo messenger. Occasionally both of us will switch on the webcam and talk to each other face to face or show the snacks we are eating, or other interesting stuffs we are newly bought to each other. It is lots of fun by doing so. I do chat with one of my old colleagues via yahoo messenger.

I use Yahoo Messenger in chatting. Most of my friends use yahoo. :)

in a general way, i don't like to chat with someone who i don't know. i just chat with my friends or classmates,that is not bad. but now i often chat with others,by QQ,most for English study.

I like chatting. Chatting with video capability. I think this depends on your mood and frame of mind. If I feel like chatting, then any chatting platform works for me. Otherwise, I rather be left alone. :P

i do like to chat with my friends over the internet. one of the means to stay in contact. nowadays I use 3 different IMs to keep in touch with my friends, colleagues, ex-colleagues…MSN, Yahoo Messenger and Gtalk. My primary IM is msn messenger though, as I've been using it for the past 5 years or so. i've just started using yahoo messenger and gtalk, coz most of my colleagues are on it, so that's why I'm using it as well hehe.

Chatting has been my hobby since I was in high school. My parents would always tell me that it's just a waste of time and effort. But I really don't give a damn at all. I do find chatting on the net so interesting. I am very much eager to chat with others even if I don't really know if they are for real or just hiding their identities. I just like to exchange ideas with different people especially from other countries. I have previously used mIRC but technology has evolved rapidly. From mIRC, I am now using MSN and Skype. The plain text chatting before has now turned into a very innovative online chatting that uses several icons and best of all, it has a web camera wherein you can see the person you're chatting with.

Yea I like very much chatting with my friends on the internet!And usually I chat with my friends who are in China now by QQ,and by MSN chat with others who are not in China now ,some of who are Chinese to study or work in the fremdness,some of who are my classmate,and some of who are foreigners.I like chatting in the internet ,and I make many new friends by it.

Well, I also like to chat with my freinds on internet! I think most of the people are online just for chatting. Some of them chat to their freinds, some chat to their relatives and loved ones and some chat even with strangers.... I love to chat to my freinds or to one who I know well. Orkut and Yahoo are my two favourate sites for chatting and messaging. After joining mylot, I think Mylot is also a good site because along with responding to discussions here you can also send messages to your freinds.... Chatting also improves your language and spellings. It also helps in increasing your typing speed. I personaly think that one should often chat to his/her freinds but should not get addicted to it.....

what is QQ? i have both msn and yahoo. i tried ICQ but have no one to talk to over at ICQ so i totally disregarded my account in there. i would like to try QQ what is it? what is the site to go to for me to check it out. i like chatting with friends using yahoo. also, we use yahoo and msn often at work too. its our way of communicating since not all have their local numbers at work.

I only chat with my kids and two friends on yahoo im. I do have aim loaded but only talk to one of my nieces on it. I'm not big on chatting on the internet.

I do chatting sometimes with my friends and my brother with Yahoo Messenger or Hotmail. I don't have QQ and i don't even know QQ haha... It is more easy chatting with Yahoo Messenger for me ^_^

I usually only chat with people I know personally, usually friends from high school or college on aim or msn. I use the all in one solution Trillian that combines just about every messenger program into one.

I like chatting (actually not chatting, but messanging) with Yahoo messanger, since my internet connection is unlimited type, so I think it is better if I use messanger than a sms, and sometimes I'm also using the voice chat on skype.
