do you and your husband have a song that you cherish most? my husband and i were in a bf/gf relationship for 11 years before we got married. and ever since our theme song is the one by Barbra Streisand's 'Endless Love'. isn't it corny?

hmmm.to think of it,we do like a song,though my husband is not very much into music.i do not remember who wrote it.it goes like this I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER,WHETHER RAIN OR SUN..............

The theme song that you and your husband have choose is your personal, doesn't need a new song to change the mood of your love just because people around you didn't like it. yea, other people may find our song corny but it's meanigful for us. oh, you don't need to be married to have a favorite song to cherished. you sure have a favorite one, right? thanks..

That's not corny at all! Even if a song is considered corney I think it stops being that if it has special meaning to you. My husband and I have our wedding song "On the Side of Angels" by LeAnn Rimes. There are a few others that have some meaning, but not as much as that song. There is one song that we always laugh and smile when we hear. It is "Almost Paradise". I don't remember who it is by. When we were trying to choose wedding songs, our foster son kept singing Almost Parrot Ice to the lyrics of this song. We decided that we just couldn't pick it as "our song". We do get a great feeling now when we hear it and one of us sings the wrong lyrics.

that must be fun listening to your foster son singing that song with wrong words. my husband and i love music. we like those that are 'oldies' like frank sinatra, engelbert, beatles, and lot more of the 60's-70's. oh, i made a mistake there. Endless Love is not by Barbra Streisand but it's Diana Ross and the male singer i forgot.
