You must apply for a paypal account. Go to www.paypal.com. Paypal is now available in the Philippines

i put my ten bucks that i made on pay pal..but i think they stopped doing this in the philippines but i digress. i live in monroe, mi. usa and i put this on my pay pal and then put my pay pal on my PENNY TALK phone card..as i can talk for one American penny (cent"_( for a minute..k?its all fun and games and i just make another ten bucks about 400 pesos..that is pretty good play money for doing something i would do for free..have a good day

You don't need a credit card to receive payment here. You get paid here through paypal when you reach $10. You can visit paypal.com and sign up for free. There's no need of credit or debit card to sign up there. If paypal isn't available to your country, then you can request payout through moneybookers. Sorry I don't know much about moneybookers.

If you can't afford a credit/debit card, you can select moneybookers for that one. I believe you're also from the Philippines, so you have two options to choose from. For moneybookers, you only need a bank account and your bank's SWIFT CODE. Don't forget this one, since this is the most important thing you have to fll up order to activate your moneybookers account. Simply ask for the bank teller about thier SWIFT CODE, then all the rest will be easy for you to fill in.
