Recently I have bad experience to one of the sales clerk in the suppermaket that I used to shop. I know he is new there. I was asking for the price of one item that I want to buy but he ignore me as if he doesn't heard me. I repeat to ask him but he raise his voice at me I was a little bit shock and not answer him immediately but few second I replied to him what's your problem I'm only asking you the price of this item you don't have to raise your voice at me if you don't know it then tell me and I will ask somebody else and you know what I told him, you shouldn't work as a clerk you don't know how to assist a costumer better not to do it again to other if you want your job but I will talk to your supervisor about you attitude. I will not tolerate you for doing it. Did you experience like this? what will you do then?

It is proper to report this sales clerk to the owner or their manager so that he will be reminded that his existence in that store always reflects the image and goodwill of the said business. If he doesn't know how to carry his moods and cannot bear with him good and pleasing personality, then he is not qualified to be assigned in the sales department. He should be assigned in the stockroom wherein he could not meet many people.

It happen to me already how many times, in the begining i never talk to them, but in the other mall same happen to me, what i did is to go to his superior and complain because those staff need more training how to talk with thier customer or guest, because without the customer or guest they cannot sale or they cannot take thier monthly salary, one customer for me is very important so take them us you can so will not lose the customer & your sale. if once will happen to you again direct to the supervisor or manager they make the action in that time, dont hesitate to complain much better they will know what the attitude of thier staff.

Hi there. I've had several experiences with regards to rude employees, especially those that works in a restaurant. Normally, if I'm really in a very good mood, I'll just try to ignore them. But I only ignore those who scowls at me, instead of the smile that they should give their customers. I just don't say anything. BUT!There was a time when my family went to this chinese restaurant. Now, I was so hungry at that time and my mood was not kind of good. When I approached a female food server to ask for something, not only did she frowned at me, she gave me a rude reply. To which, I was taken aback for awhile. I did the only thing I knew how. I talked to her manager and asked if she could talk to her rude employee and follow her up on the proper social skills. The manager was very apologetic with regards to her employee's attitude and promised me that she'll do the right thing. Sure thing, after a few minutes, this rude employee came up to our table and gave me her sweetest smile.

yes many a times i have come across some assistants like this.but i never complained about anyone of them to their supervisors. i told them what they are doing is wrong and they should try not to repeat this action again since it can take their job.complaining to theri superiors can take away theri job which i dont want ,since i dont want to get the bad words of anybody.many a time this happens because even those assistant might get sick of smiling all the day long even if they are suffering from any depression or problem within.its really very hard to do so.afterall everyone has problems in their life.i think its best to let them realise their mistake by polite manners.since to do wrong is not thr right way to imporve the wrong doers according to me.

I havent ever encountered rude employees.Sometimes they tend to be difficult to catch and ask something, or maybe they arent direct enough or just try to trick you, but such thing like what you say doesnt really happen often. What happens often though, at least where i live, is employees who will just carry on with their work, they wont say a word to you, just do their work, for example hand you what you bought. Those guys/girls will never say thanks, or have a nice day, even when you tell them that.I dont like those people who will not thank you after you have bought something, but what you say is even worse.

This is really very common, you know what people who are incompetent and lack understanding of the job they are in behave this way. They are not able to understand the problem and react in some absurd manner without even giving it a thought that it may affect their performance and their behaviour may harm the store in the whole and end uo losing a good customer. The problem is in their attitude towards the work they are doing and their frustration is well reflected in their behaviour. I also had similar experience when I was with my fiance at a restaurant. there was no table free and one table was reserved i politely asked can we take that table to one of the bearers and he refused said no its reserved. After a short while some girls stepped in and the same person offered the table to them. I asked him when he refused us why had he given it to them, on this he gave me a frosty look and said its up to me whom shall i give away the table. we said nothing just left the restaurant and took the dinner at another one.

I used to work in retail and it didn't matter what sort of a day I was having, the customer never knew it. I was always friendly, polite and as helpful as I could be. I think a lot of that had to do with having a good manager! I did have the experience in a hardware shop, when I was asking about the best mortar to use for rendering a wall, and his blunt answer was 'get a builder'! I just turned and walked out, and have never been back to that hardware shop since. No doubt if he new of the thousands of dollars spent in other hardware shops since, he probably would have made more of an effort, especially since I think he was part of the management!

wow! i know the feeling., it seems like stores today are full of persons who doesnt care if they have buyers or none at all. Just the other day i was on a fruit stand., i asked the saleslady how much a certain fruit costs, she just stared at me and when i repeated the question she gave me the price and when she saw the bill i was holding she said., i dont have change then she disappeared inside the store! I was so mad.., but i did not waste my energy on her anymore. Anyway, it was not my lost. I will never buy at her stall again..so rude..
