if other foreign nations are informed that philippines is one of the great business for used items i believe they are willing to invest such.. however we are not aware of their law with regards to trading used items outside countries..all i know is most of the used items aside from clothes such as surplus or slightly used items from korea or japan are here in the philippines instead of just throwing them as trash...
