getting less amount for writing

i am a writer write foe the local news paper and national regional magazine but they pay very little amount ,i write poetries,stories,articles ,in my national language that is hindi an u guide me how can i get my stories to get published on internet .in order to get more money.or there is any kind of online contest is going in which i can participate.

I think she is looking to write in her native language, which makes it harder for her to find places to write for. At least as far as I am aware.
