is my younger sister is confused

my younger sister in in high school.she is very good at many things espially when its ome to go out for the the shopping or banking she is always ready .but whatever she do she do not do it mindfully ,she does not enjoy the satisfation and jum on the next thing it leads to the areless mistakes ,shoddy work and unreliable performane worst of all having to do the things over and over,she always forget to carry a heque book when she is going to the bank or often she forget to keep money when she is going to the market,
i want her to perform the work with undivided attention and enjoy the experience,what's her problem is she is confused or having lack of confidence ,how could i improve her

Although your sister is already in high school, maybe she is not yet mature enough to handle big responsibilities by herself. Try to give her small tasks first that she can easily handle and commend her for a job well done. Sometimes, giving a reward can also help her be more responsible with whatever she's doing. As she gets better and expert on the small tasks, gradually give her bigger tasks and help her out along the way. Maybe all she needs is guidance in the beginning, practice, concentration and confidence. Soon, as she sheds her immature and careless side, she will be more dependable. Goodluck!
