Warm bath or cold bath? Which do you prefer?

I prefer warm bath since it is more relaxing. I usually take a bath at night since I work night shift and I believe a warm bath is more suitable for that kind of schedule.

I'm not a cold savvy persona and anyday prefer a warm bath unless it is really hot and sultry!

I prefer warm bath as well, I take a bath early in the morning since I have to go to work. It will only take me a few minutes if I'm taking a cold bath and I wlll not really get the chance to enjoy it.

Cold bath is more beneficial for the human body as it retains the body temperature and keep the skin toned. If you take warm or hot water bath it loosen your skin and which get wrinkled in early age.

Wow, thanks for the information atulleo25. I've also read from a magazine that cold water actually helps in making your hair shinier. Thanks for posting! =)

for me it depends on the season. if its the rainy/cold season, i would prefer a warm bath. if its the dry season (summer), i would prefer a cold bath. i always take a bath every morning even on weekends when there's no work. during the cold season, like now, its still cold even at 12nn so i really prefer a warm bath. and i've experienced summer days when even at 4am in the morning, its already hot so i prefer a cold bath. ^__^

Summer season is getting nearer and I think I will be taking cold baths pretty soon even if it is early in the morning. It would also be fun to go to the beach at night. Thanks again for your response secretbear! =)

I prefer to use cold water to take a bath, although that is early in the morning, usually I wake up around 3 O'clock in the morning and go to take a bath, and in the afternoon also with cold water, except I have got sick so used warm water.

It depends for me, I can take a cold bath if the weather's hot. But if the weather's cold, then I use the shower heater. The warmness of the water does help, as you feel you're body relaxed..

That's a good way of giving your body the right temperature that it needs. Thanks again for posting raijin =)

Sorry neither for me, as I would rather a shower. My bathtub is full of fish supplies, so it would take a lot of time to empty it. The shower needs to be hot, as that will wake me up. I take one any time I'm having trouble staying awake and need to stay up.

It is really hard to take cold baths that early in the morning. I also prefer warm bath if I have an early morning schedule or If I will work night shift. I take a cold bath only if it is in the afternoon.

I love to take extremely warm baths. My skin is always real red when I get out and my husband says I look like a boiling lobster. I dunno why I like my water so hot, but I always have. I hate it when the water starts getting cool or it runs cold before my bathtub is full. I take real hot showers too.

Seems really hot to me, to make your skin real red actually means that your water temperature is not just warm =) I just like my water warm =) Thanks for sharing Flight84!
