How Often Do You Brush Your Teeth?

It can be very expensive to keep our teeth in tip top shape. A bridge can quickly wipe out your dental insurance budget rapidly. If you don't have dental insurance, You probably do not go to the dentist as often as you would like to. There is this really cool site that offers free products for your teeth and mouth. They even offer trials where they will give you products to test. You get to keep the products. Just for signing up, you will get your choice of products. You can only choose two though. If you are obsessed with your teeth or just brush once a day, this program is still for you. http://www.dentekoralcare.com/special_offers.html

I am busy having a lot of painful and expensive dental work now, because I think I get to busy to take care of my teeth. I keep having to relearn that lesson, that it always costs more, and takes more time. I will also point out that dental infections can affect your sinuses and your heart. Thanks for the links.

Thanks for the site info. I have dental insurance but it is lousy and so I don't get to use it much. I don't have good teeth anyway and so I try to brush often and floss every day. I will look into the site and see what I can use from it.

I brush my teeth several times throughout the day. We don't have dental insurance so I only get my teeth cleaned once a year. I need a bridge and I also need to get a couple of my fillings replaced. I got a free sonicare toothnrush from a website I am joined with and a free cleaner for it also. The site is called BZZ Agent. I will check out the site you have listed also. Thanks alot.

I brush three times a day, because I don't want to spend a lot of money on dental care! I don't do flossing though. I can't seem to do it right.

I brush my teeth twice a day now. When I wake up, I will brush it. I will brush it again before I go to bed. If it is not so cold now, then I will brush it after lunch.

I would usually brush my teeth twice a day. One in the morning when I wake up and the other one at night before I go to sleep.

Thanks for the link VA. I have a Sonicare toothbrush and am completely sold on this product. I now have to find a toothbrush head for my hubby so he can start using it. I will pass the link on to my kids though. I am sure they will like some free stuff. Who doesn't?

As always village, you have the most informative and useful posts! I try my best to have good oral hygiene, but as you stated, one bad thing can wipe out what insurance allows per person/per year! I have always wished I could go to the dentist for the whitening procedures, but being cosmetic that isn't covered by my insurance. I have tried the over-the-counter whitners and they didn't help much. Thanks so much for the website!
