Have you ever kept a journal of your dreams? I heard it is useful to improve your abilities to remember or memorize some stuff. What do you think of that? Have you ever tried and what are the advantages?

no i mean i have dreamnt and later i am going along with life and i think wow i dreamed this before. I want to write down all my dreams so that one day i can say wow i dreamed of this before and show someone in my journal that yes im not lying i have dreamed of this before. keeping a journal helps you remember your dreams a little more, and its best to do it when you first get up and the dream is still on your mind.

Yes, I have a dream diary. I don't know if it improves my memory. But it makes me more creative in certain tasks (writing, painting). I tend to have weird, vivid dreams. And some of them sometimes sort of like happen (My friend describes these things as precognitive dreams). I tell these dreams to my friend and she would sometimes point out stuff that she said I dreamt a month ago. I don't want to believe her 'cuz it's kinda creepy. So she told me to have a dream diary so that we can check it from time to time. When I'm not creeping myself out, I use the crazy stuff I've dreamed sometimes as a starting point for my writing. Soemtimes I paint or draw scenes that were really vivid or sometimes recurring. Most of the time though I read it and laugh and wonder where the heck in my unconscious did all those crazy stuff came from.

Wow, it is for sure the dreams contain something inside them and it is really interesting. Many of the writers might have used their dreams to get inspiration, and I think it is really an excellent source :)

well as for me i really believe that understanding your dreams could be really helpful. Especially when you interpret it as a message, not just a simple pre-occupation. I have once kept a journal but lost track of it. What i do now is that everytime i dream weirdly (like i always do) i remember the remarkable symbolism and i interpret it,Believe it or not..sometimes i base my decisions on it.:)
