Keep pin and paper in car? keep a camera in your car, Cell-phone Camera are good to use. don't leave the seen. Don't argue, don't make a statment, make sure their are wittnesses. get liscese plates, and information, always keep Ins. Card in your Glove Compartment. don't rely on your memory. And always exmaine you policy, so if anything happen you will be covered. We have Liabily, but it only cover so much, we thought we had medical on it but we didn't because My husband had a Accident, and our insuruance didn't cover his hospital stay. so make you are covered for everything, read fine print. Ok, don't forget, I would rather have full coverage but we can't afford it.

I have to have full coverage as long as I am still paying on my new car. It is very important to always get the police no matter who is at fault. You will need their report if you every get sued or anything. BTW Marcia were you educated in the U.S.? I get a real kick out of your English grammar. LOL

i was in a car accident and i was the passenger i was injured pretty bad but wasn't in the hospital for long jsut the same night i was in teh accident for a few hours and the insurance of the person who is at fault pays for everything in my case it is the insurance company of the persons car i was in and of the other person they were both at fault. if your husband wanted to he could go after the other drivers insurance company and he would be able to get a fair sized settlement for it which would make up for the hospital costs and it will give you guys money to repalce the things that got stolen from you. his injuries seem worse than waht mine were and i was told that my claim is worth in the 5 digit high price range
