From what I am hearing the mob thing may just about have run its course on GH. People are clammering for more love and romance and family oriented stories. Yep February sweeps will be full of mob action from what I hear, but afterward, what are you hoping for? I personally can not wait until Monica finds out she has a grandson (another one I should say). Hopefully she will be allowed to be a grandma to jake sooner or later, Audrey isn't getting any younger and has been written out of the story anyways. When the Q's find out about Jake, what will Tracy do, will her marriage fall apart and will Jason and Liz be a couple and spend more time with Monica and Edward. Jake is the new golden child however, and I just think it would be great if he was brought into the Quartermaine fold which has certainly disintegrated as of late. What do you think???

I think that will be awhile before that really gets going for any real juicy story. Unfortunately the only stories about the Q's seem to be the comic relief. And there have been some good ones. Without Ned and any other business memebers of the family there really isn't much for them to do. Of course we could always see Alice doing some wrestling moves on Monica. I don't see Jason as accepting the mantle of Quartermaine any time soon.
