what is the best way to build muscles?

i have been wondering for days for how to build muscles in my abs, arms, legs, and gluts. what are the best ways to start building muscles? i want to do this muscle building system in an enjoyable way.

I am one of the few people who doesn't like the look of muscles but i guess if a man what to get them there is only one way and that is to use weights and do exercises, I guess the best way would be to join a gym or just buy some of those weights you can buy and even combine carrying some weights when you go running...

i like to build muscles because they are essential in life when you have to carry something or just doing simple choirs you always need muscles to do things smoothly. i don't want to took like arnold, i just want a muscles to do like a hundred pushups and situps and be able to run 10 miles in one hour.

Exercise is not the only way to build muscle.You have to maintain a diet chart every day.Before starting your exercise you will have discuss with a Instructor.If you tell me your body type , weight ,height, then i can help you.

the best way to build muscles was to work out or you should go to some gyms and you can build up your muscle there

so u want to do muscle building in an enjoyable special way.i have one excersice its very simple for this there is no physical importance.i heard it from a famous body builder,,salman khan was his name he told the simple way to become fit and have muscles is eat less and goto bathroom more. u=nderstood it.

If you want to build your muscles in an enjoyable way, you'd better play games like football,basketball etc.But this usually can not help you build strong muscles.If you want an strong one ,you must do special exercise in different parts.Everyday for one or two parts,not too much. you should let the muscles be at its largest afford,break,the they can be built again,much more strong.At last, you'd better do it in every two days,not every day.And you have time to build new muscles.

Well of course a good diet and weights. You should eat 5-6 meals a day that are rich in protein. Also, you're going to have to hit the gym or find a way to work out at home. People are now often making the mistake of not getting enough carbohydrates. The key is to eat carbohydrates that are rich in fiber (don't buy things that start with enriched on the ingredients) Eating these carbs is going to help you get more duration during your work out. As for abs, people often do too many. It has been proven if you use the right techniques you don't need to over do yourself on the amount you do. The best ab workouts I can think of are 1. lay on the floor and then lift both your legs up . You're neck should be in the position to where it could have an apple under it. Another one is if you have a partner lay down flat on the floor while they are standing behinding your head, you'll throw your legs up and then they will throw them back one 1st to the left 2nd straight in front of you and third to the right or whatever order you prefer. Other ones or of course the bicycle abs, and crunches. However, it is possible to get top abs without doing any ab workouts. For example, step aerobics will pretty much get your whole body into shape (esp gluts and top abs with right technique) but it might burn too many calories for you. The best thing for your legs are lunges and squats but they are very painful the next day. I hope this helped some. I know I didn't cover everything but I have to go write a spanish paper now!!! Also, you are going to burn more fat with your workouts if you workout first thing in the morning before breakfast! I'm not too educated on exercise but if you want some nutrition advice I'm good! ok what to do si take in lots of protien... this in turn aid to muscle growth... jogging will burn off exess fat... then wieghts 3 times a week will then aid to gain muscles... three simple exercises 4 times a week will give u six pack within 5-6 weeks 30 x crunch 30x bycicle 30 x backward crunch... a simple search on youtube will show u these
