Whether it's fare enough to decrease the age of a boy from 18 to 21 for marriage

The indian law commissioner thinks that the age of a boy has to be decreased to 18 from 21. B'coz at the age of 18 a boy is being completely matured for marriage. I don't think that they are that much of matured to take the responsibility of their family. Even not physically, Mentally and educationaly strong enough to face the responsibility that has to be taken by him for his family and for the society. In most of the country the age of boys and girls is 18. But the india point of view it is 21 for boys and 18 for girls is right age for marriage. We cann't take the decision by considering only one criteria, we have to look at all the criteria to qualify the decision. What is your opion about this decision?
