Hi there, does anyone know where i can get a free domain. I registered at dot.tk But with them i have some problems. Thanks for help

lets see, i know some FTP upload sites, or just try freewebs, that might help. what exactly do you need?

just domain, it could be even a shorter subdomain

try 000webhost.com you get your link like this: http://domainname.890m.com but its kinda tricky to put all stuff on it, though....

no no no, free domain is not good domain name. like your domain dot.tk, the prefix name is good ,but the postfix .tk is not good. "Tokelau" is only a small island. the real valuable postfixs are .com, .net .org and .de .co.uk and so on. even though i register info, i don't register .tk permanently. In addition, the price of domains are cheap. only $2-$9. domain name only cost me $5.9.

Geocities, Yahoo, and plenty of places do offer free domains, but most free domains are with a subdomain on another site. like "yournamehere".geocities.com.
