Oh! =) If you´d like singing better you could go to a music academy... You could learn how place your mouth to sing,...or change tones perfectly... But, if you feel disgrace =)... maybe U could learn at home with an instrument... It´s better to start singing with an instrument ´cause it will help you in this way: Try to play key by key (for example: a little electronic piano), and imitate every sound that you listen, one by one,... if you don´t emit the same sound , repeat and repeat... since it´s equal... After a reasonable time, you´ll notice the results ! ! ! ^^ Oh! and it´s better that you search songs which aren´t too high-pitched or low ... It will be easier 4 u! ^^ I sincerely hope you find my advice usefull =) Greetings! AnI*

I've found the best way for me .... is to write my own songs. That way, there is nothing to compare it to. You may want to try downloading one of the free midi karaoke players i.e. vanBasco..where you are able to adjust the key.Practice a simple song until you feel you've done as good a job as you possible can...trying it in different keys...(until you find one that is comfortable for you) ....then record the song and and have a "musically gifted" but honest person evaluate it...line by line. Take notes.......then go back and try it again..concentrating on correcting your mistakes. If that fails, keep on singing...just not in public!

why dont you try enrolling in a voice lesson class. or maybe always listen to the music you wanted to sing -- i think, try to listen to it a million times :))

Here's an old school way to improve your voice. Submerge your whole body until the water somewhat reaches your neck. After that, vocalise. Do it often and with someone who you can trust when it comes to judgement if your voice has improved or not. Your body being submerged under water compresses it, the main thing that your really trying to improve is the diaphragm here. Do it often though, I would really find it hard where you could actually get yourself submerged under water.
