I have problems sleeping at night

Does anyone have tips on some natural remedies that I can use to help get a good night's rest? Please share

About an hour or so before bed, you could always take a really warm bath for a half hour or so. Then, you get out of the bath and sit up for about and hour or so. The warm bath would help your body temperature rise and then drop which in turn would make you tired.

the best thing is to disrupt your sleep pattern by waking up early or don't sleep at all until the next day and then start your night with an early sleep and keep up with the schedule.
