Currency exchange for U.S. to Canadian or vice-versa??

Can anyone tell me what some currency exchanges would be from U.S. dollars to wherever you're from, or whatever you're familiar with. I'm mostly looking for the exchange rate for Canada, but I have interest in seeing what other rates are, as well. Maybe a website with the information I'm looking for?? Personally, I think all the money should be changed to global currency, that way everyone would know what something is worth and nobody visiting our wonderful tourist places would have to deal with the exchange rate. I'm sure bad things would happen if we did that, though I'm not sure what they are, but I'm sure they're bad.
