Can a dog eat a cat ???

Actually, my cats never actually EAT mice, they just play with them and leave them various places for me to find later :) And no, I've never heard of a dog actually eating a cat.

I know dogs would eat the cats they catch, coyotes do.

I am sure if the dog was really hungry it might. I have seen a dog eat a rabbit before. I don't see why not a cat. Just a little bigger right? Hope the rest of your day was better!

Maybe it all stemmed form a wierd dreamm you had. I guess if the dog was starved and vicious enough this idea might just come true.

I suppose it could... but, it's a bit weird. When you say Dog and Cat, do yo just mean like home pets? Or like, the wild (Tigers and Dingoes). Certainly, in the wild, just about anything can happen, a dog would probably attack and eat a cat any day and vice versa. But if we are talking about pets, the cat is more agile and is able to quickly get away. But if the dog is vicious, yes... I suppose a dog could and might as well eat a cat.
