Missing SLC Woman's Body Found in a Container in Her Own Car

I was upset to find out that a woman, who was reported missing in Utah, was found dead in her own car, at a motel in Missouri on Monday night. This woman was a nurse. She had a family and many friends who loved her dearly. She met a man on the Internet, and started to date him. After a couple months he moved in with her. When they broke up he harassed her, causing her to start the process for getting a protective order against him. It was then that she went missing. Her ex boyfriend was arrested for her death. Internet dating is here to stay, I believe, because it is an easy way for people to meet. Especially people who find themselves single later in life, and who have families and careers, and need a way to start dating again. How can people protect themselves when meeting people on the Internet? Do you think it is generally a more dangerous way to meet potential partners?
