too much radiation and say goodbye to your lovely eyes. We all know of the fact that the term Blue light that comes from our computers have been lately affecting and damaging our eyes. Also, from reading our eyes get tired sometimes. So all I can say is that we must take good care of our eyes if we don't want to say goodbye to your lovely eyes. So take a rest sometimes and have some time to unwind. God bless you.. ^_^

I do wear glasses. I've worn them since I was a young girl. I do what I can to improve my eyesight, but sometimes eyes are just not all to great.

I don't know if wearing eyeglasses when using a computer reduces the danger of radiation from the screen. If so I am protected because I need to wear them to see what I am doing online. I think most screens have some built in protection to reduce damage to the eyes of the user.
I do think it is important to rest the eyes from reading or looking at a computer screen. I don't like to use a computer under artificial lighting and I like to keep looking out of the window to get some natural light to my eyes. I always go out for a walk during my break as well.

oh hi there, i guess wearing eyeglasses when using a computer somehow reduces the danger of radiation from the screen but that is only from my own point of view. I admire you because I know how much you value your eyes and you even have time to unwind and relax it for a while when it is your break time. hi there. what's the matter? I am just asking because I just wanna share my views, can I ask you,is my question not allowed here because I am just a beginner and does it violate any of the policies. Actually, I am exposed to my computer for almost ten hours per day and I can't stop my addiction that is why I am concern because I am recently having eyestrains but I still thank God for everything. Enjoy and have fun... ^_^
