It's a hard thing to deal with at times, and can seem tougher then it really is. I usually listen to music, dance, talk to my fiance, and use the internet. Sometimes i'll talk to my friends, but I really haven't done that since before I met my fiance.

Baby I know dealing with depression is hard, and I know you feel like the world is against you and that your alone with noone to turn too, but the main thing is knowing you are not alone, you will always have me,and I will always love you.

I've been suffering from depression since I was about 15 years old, and no matter how many pills they prescribed to me, nothing worked, so what I do, is when I'm feeling depressed, I keep to myself, just watching movies or something on tv, reading a book, or come online and work on some graphix or layouts for myspace. I keep the ringers on my phones turned off, and I don't log on to any of my IM programs. When I'm depressed I tend to snap at people and I don't like doing that, so its best I keep to myself till the depressed feeling wears off. Sometimes when none of that works, I just lay down in bed (or on the couch) and go to sleep for a few hours

oh yea, and what also helps me is writing on my blog, or in my diary (if what I'm feeling is too personal to share with the world)

Hello,busta1baby! Depression? ... Very easy to do away with.vent your feelings and emotions to people close to you.verbalise your problems.the more you bottle up,the more you will find it difficult to find hopes.Avoid polarising your thoughts.have good diet.during depressions or stress certain hormones work over time .to balance that,we need proper diet.Omega fatty acid(found in fish oil)may stare off depression.so eat as much fish as you can.eat carbo-rich foods as eating carbohydrates boosts your levels of triptophan and serotonin, the two feel good brain chemicals.another important nutrient you need to fight depression is vitamin B6,found in meat, liver, whole grain, and vegetables like potatoes.you can also take yogurt which is high in riboflavin, another mood boosting -B.Go for a walk and try close to nature and feel and appreciate God's creations.come home and visualise all that you just saw and felt. You may also take resort of Meditation.that will help you a lot in solving your problems. Finally make your mind free by laughingaway your troubles then the life will be easy to live.thanx.

That's a tough call. You have to take each day one at a time. Some days drag on while other are filled with so much emotion you just want to sleep it off. Find a reason to get up and move around, sitting in one place makes the mind idle and thoughts simmer about the situation, that can be dangerous. Read some positive books, see a funny movie or call a friend to take you out. Fresh air does wonders.
