three word discussions what on earth is going on here

hi mylotters I am mystified I have just come across two discussions with one word and three words and no
explanations at all. what is going on:?
I am surprised these have not been deleted. I did respondto
this one that read blah,blah,blah. the poster is new without
any points yet. I just told the person that mylot does
not like one and two and three word discussions and they
will probably delete it. Have you guys seen this?
The other one read no o oo ooooooooooooooo and that was the whole
discussion. This person did have a few point so am surprised
that he or she would post this. How do they get by with It?

Discussions like this need to be reported a number of times before they get deleted. And unfortunately, some people are just too lazy to do that or just don't bother with it once they realize it's a nothing discussion. More savvy and active members need to become more pro-active to get these types gone and the posters wised up to the rules.

I responded to the blah blah blah one to help if
I could but hope my response does not get wiped out as there was no explanation at all of what the discussion was
supposed to be about.unless this is a troll and
a nose thumbing thing. the person had no points at all.
That makes me a tad suspicious.

If it's a troll - then they are not too bright!
I rather think though that it's one of those multiple users we have here who just post discussions or comments like this to boost their points and earnings on those points and aren't really interested in debate or sharing at all - simply earnings driven. What they don't seem to realize is it's the quality not the quantity that pays the 'big bucks', so to speak.

Yeah I saw the blah, blah one too. It had the email address as the title, then just said "blah, blah, blah". I don't get it. I understand sometimes people from other countries don't know english so well, but alot of those you can figure out after reading them a few times. But this nonsense -blah,blah and the other one I remember was like "Boss" for the title anad "what is it" for the other part!! I don't know.......... #:)

Well if you ever see anything that weird from me, it is probably my little demon kitties, dancing on the keyboard when I leave my office!! Usually I turn my keyboard upside down, but I forget sometimes. They have actually managed to send emails to people before! Nothing bad thank goodness. #:)

I was the only responder and the first thing I noticed this morning was that my points weredown by two so posssibly it
was deleted . the other one was not a newbie as I had seen
the namebefore and this person had at least five hundred postsso he or she knew better the whole discussion read this way

I do not know why they do this, but I do notice that there are quite a few of these sometimes when I go on new user discussions. Maybe they just do not know what they have to do so they think that they will just put anything and see what happens. They must get deleted at some point, because they are just a waste of space!! I think you putting that myLot does not like it is a good idea as maybe then they will not do it again.

That is frustrating. I don't know how they are getting away with it unless no one is reporting them. I swear that some people come here and just start with the first page of the dictionary and start putting each word in the dictionary into a discussion one word at a time. It's crap and it isn't fair and it shouldn't be tolerated. I hope you reported them or, at least gave them a negative. Until they get taught a lesson, they will just continue to collect earnings the wrong way.

not all discussion with three letter words get deleted but their earnings will fluctuate. ost of the new member just joined without reading the guidelines so most of them complain aboutt he earnings. they are expecting to earn big without posting quality and something to learn post. if they think that mylot will pay them just asking whats your name? then i am sorry to tell them that they wont. if they are also responding with my name is tina then they are not going to also. maybe the number of post beside their name will increase by the earnings will not. some people like to learn the hard way but all they have to do is read the rules.

rules therules are easy to understand
the one with one word was not so new as he or she
had at least five hundred points and their whole

I don't know how they would get away with this. Mylot rules say to post quality post and those are definitely not quality posts. I am sure that mylot will delete these since they are not within the guideline of the rules. As to why they haven't already deleted them is a mystery. I haven't seen those yet. But when I see post like that I just don't respond to them.

I haven't seen that yet! But it usually is someone new that starts here and don't know how mylot works. I wouldn't respond to these type of discussions, but as you I have and may respond to their discussion as you did knowing my post that I responded would be deleted, just to give them fair warning and then wouldn't respond to them again.

for me hatley i find that very lazy, or craving for attention. sometimes people just want to see if they will catch attention from other people so they will do something even it is against the law or against certain rules. well its their earnings going to be affected not ours. as long as we are on the right track then up up up we go. smiles

I have seen a few for myself and I have come to believe that they are just doing it cause they think it's a post and they get paid for posting it. Mylot should look at stuff like that and delete it for how are any of us that do real dicussions suppose to respond to one letter words. I just skip over all of those w/ 1 to 2 words and laugh.
