I am always looking for a new diet to try. I was looking for one on the internet today and I found the "Toddler Miracle Diet." I undoubtedly won't try this one and hope you won't try it either, but it is good for a laugh. http://www.weight.addr.com/fun.html

Fantatic - I have two toddlers and this is pretty similar to their diet - except it didn't say spit food out in the bin or leave what on your plate and eat Mummy's food (well put it in your mouth and then take it out again and put it back on Mummy's plate).

I really had to keep an eye on my kids when they were little to keep iky things out of their mouths, and their little hands out of my plate!

Have you tried the Tea Diet? I managed to get the book "The Tea Diet Challenge" by Mark Ukra [I think I have the spelling right I hope!] and tried his tea diet challenge for a month in January. I rather enjoyed it, it's not anything new, just a reasonable diet and exercise plan to which you add drinking tea, lots of tea. It's not something that I would want to do forever but it was kind of neat at the time. You can even cook with tea which I had never thought about before but some of the recipes were pretty tasty.

I'v never tried the Tea Diet. But since you have mentioned it I'll have to go and read through it to see if I think it is doable for me. Thanks for the input.

That's a hoot! I've got three and it sound about right.lol they'll eat any thing. Well as for a real diet I like The Makers Diet, my hubby and I were on it before my 3rd and he lost 30 lbs.I cook so while I was pregnant it didn't work out so well. But we're getting back on track and love it.:) good luck.

I have raised three kids and as I remember it really kept me on my toes trying to keep icky things out of their mouths as toddlers.
