Losing weight without dieting?

many people said there are ways to lose weight without engaging into a diet. I don't know how. My problem is a big protruding tummy. I am having a hard trime trimming down. Exercise won't help. Is there anybody who has an idea of how to lose weight without controlling your food? I don;t like to control my eating.. lol

Losing weight is a matter of balance - if you consume more than you do, you'll put on weight. Tummy fat problems need muscles to help pull them in. Even if you lose lots of weight, you still need to tone that tummy! An Australian Prime Minister once said 'Life wasn't meant to be easy'. Ain't that the truth!

That's right!! too much calorie comsumption is a contriuting factor but I always have the apapetite to eat a lot of those things. Much more in food rich in carbohydrates. Oh!! I really need temperance. But I heard from others that there is a way to lose weight without cutting down you food consumption. That is cool!! I want to know how does that works. Thanks for the reply.

No matter what if you consume more calories then your body burns you will gain weight. You need to control your food intake to lose weight. If you don't like to excersise try going for a nice walk . Start out slow and not a huge lengnth. You will find you will feel better and want to go further. Hugs Lafemcrafts

You can try hypnosis. Eathing healthier may do the trick, too.

You were looking for a no diet way of losing weight, lol. Anyhow, I have never tried the hypnosis approach but under hypnosis the therapist will give you the suggestion to eat healthier, less, and/or that you dislike certain fattening foods. Essentially you will start sort of a diet but not even know it. I have no idea if it works, I have only heard claims that it does not tried it myself. But it is an option if one wants the no diet approach because one doesn't have the stamina to stick with a diet.

you can eath anything you want, but you have to work out to burn all the calories... your calories should be less than your work out burn to lose weight.. i dont diet, i just eat less. whenever i order something out at a restaurant, i cut it in half and box half to go home with me.. that way its out of sight out of mind.. then i eat the rest on my plate

ya ... you can eat the food that is less oily or spicy.. jogging may help you to reduce your tummy..eat raw vegitables and fresh fruit juices with out sugar and have a 20 mins of brisk walk daily.

I think I could disagree to that fact since if you really want to lose weight you still have to control your food unless of you are willing to lose 1000 calories a day or if you are type of a person that can dance everyday, or has high metabolism. The trainer of the gym even told me that losing weight is useless if I don't control my food even if I am working hard for an exercise. Even my consultant told me that I have to control the body intake.

I personally watch my calories. I alo go to the gym a few times a week for toning. watching my calories does not mean I am on a diet. I eat what ever I want as long as its in my calorie intake. I have lost 14 lbs and 20 inches threwout my body in less then 2 months. Lets face it there is no easy way put of loseing weight and toning. Just my 2 cents
