i am using Window Xp from last 3 years and i think it is easy to use and very effective aginst linux

I am using ubuntu (linux) and I find it more powerful and user-friendly than windows. Ubuntu is the most user friendly distribution of linux available.You can install any sofware from package manger, which installs the software similar to windows.You don't need to run any command in the terminal. All the applications are open sorce and entirely free. No more trial versions. No need of any anti-virus. Linux is inherently more secure and stable. The online community support is also tremendous.

Just like everybody else, I prefer Windows. I've tried and currently running on Linux, Ubuntu Hardy Heron to be exact. Well Windows a lot more user friendly. I been using it since I was about eleven or twelve and will be using it until I die!

i use linux. it gives a lot of open source content for my work and i wouldn't need to buy much softwares. i actually have a dual boot running on my system. i use Xp mainly for games n stuff

I prefer to use xp. From starting days I have been working on windows and I am familiar with that. Linux once I tried but failed to work with it.

... well i have been using XP for last 5 years i guess ... i used to have linux in my desktop few years back but could not continue it cause other members could not use it ... currently I am happy with XP

I prefer XP because i have been using it since ages and is pretty much fine with it. I never use Linux before but i've heard that someone says that it's pretty good. but not as good as XP. And by the way, i use XP home edition.

well i have heard that linux is good rather better than windows i tried instalilng it once but then i have done some mistake and have to format my whole hdd and lost all my data. so after that i never tried again

We are using XP in our desktop PC and Laptop. It's friendly user that Linux. Linux has good features but we are used to it with XP. We've been using it for years and we always upgraded it yearly.

I use Windows XP But i wud really lie to switch to Linux..Ubuntu Its got all those nice graphics..No virus problem..Its jz awesome man:)

although Linux is a OPEN for all, i never used it . I find the WINDOWS XP user friendly than APPLE MACINTOSH. I still use windows XP . VIsta does not suit my PC well.

I prefer to use XP for normal regular work, but for application development prefer to use the linux, as its good for development and there is lot of online support.

I use XP because it was preinstalled on my computers. I have used Linux in the past and it's a good operating system, too, but I haven't had any problems with XP so why change?

I use XP, because it's easy to install and use. I don't know anything about linux, except that it's a different OS and mostly free.
