overused wordsss

Can we use acronyms because I have a whole list of them LOL, BRB, AFK....Since this is the way we communicate at work I do not see words anymore I see more of these. But if I had to pick a word whatever or like would come in.

I don't really pay attention to overused words anymore. I stopped listening when 'OMG' came into the picture. THat kind of caused so many splitting headaches. I don't use slang words or shortened versions of words. I find it really annoying. Back when I was still in high school, there weren't that many slang words that I knew of. Well, not like now.

a lot of people i went to college with overuse the word DUDE. It got on my nerves everytime I heard someone use it.

LIKE LIKE LIKE. I use the word like but it's not every other word...jeez.

I agree with like but another word that gets me is awesome. That word actually used to mean that something was pretty spectacular and amazing but now that it is used to describe everything, it has lost the meaning that it once possessed.
