Need some forum reviews

I'm just starting a new get paid to post forum. It's still being designed and will not be open to the public for a few more weeks. Hopefully no later then the end of july.
I would like some comments about the set up though, pretty much design type stuff and what as a guest you can see, do and not see or do.

The front page was a bit too cluttered for my liking, but apart from that, I like it. When you get onto the actual forum it's very neat and professional looking, and it looks like it'll be a useful place, both for promoting referral links and swapping advice, sharing hints and tips, and hopefully warning of scam sites. I've just registered, and I look forward to taking part when the forum's "open for business".

I've decided to let the first 20 people to sign up in next week (the 7th to be exact). I think the front page will work itself out one we get more members. If not I may take out a few things so it's not so bad. Thanks for the feedback.

I still have 17 spots open for beta testing. Mostly it's making sure the mods and forum work right, so some posting and participation is needed. You will get extra points for helping.
